In 2016, when our company turned 100 years old, our President Wayne Baquet thought it was a good time to define the culture of our company. Several of our employees were interviewed in order to hear the voice of our people. From that feedback, our company launched an internal initiative with a new mantra. That mantra is called Bring It. Our employees breathe and live by our 2 word mantra every day. Since we challenge our employees to Bring It on a daily basis, Imperial promised to bring employees better benefits, birthdays off, employee activities, an intranet for all employee news and opportunities for employees to give back to the community.
