The Application Process

 

When applying for a job with us, you will be asked to fill out an application and will need the following information.

 

  • Employment History for the past 10 years including company name, address, telephone and supervisor(s) name. All gaps in employment must be explained.
  • Residence Address which should include the street address, apartment number, city, state, zip code and telephone number.
  • Education – Name and diploma/degrees attained of high school and college(s) attended.
  • Minimum Age Requirement – you must be 21 years old (Class A Driver) or 18 years old for all other positions.
  • Driving Experience – Has your license been revoked or suspended and what accidents have you had within the last 5 years.
  • Supervisory Experience – What is your experience and what did you like/dislike about your responsibilities.
  • References – You must be able to provide 3 references that include their address and telephone number.
     

If a position is offered to you, you must also:

  • Provide a valid driver’s license or State ID
  • Provide a copy of your social security card
  • Submit to a pre-employment drug screening
